But we consider all the options before we make our recommendation to you. we‘ll create a plan for your migration to mitigate any risks, and will work with your schedule to reduce disruption to you and your teams.
Back up
Then, we make sure your data and systems are backed up, so we have a single source of truth to go back to if something goes wrong. If there are any existing permissions (governing who has access to what) we’ll get these documented and approved so that your security and confidentiality are maintained throughout the process.
Migrate
Next, we’ll get things moving, in a stage approach. You’ll know exactly what we’re doing at every step of the journey, the anticipated time frames, and the expected impact on your work. We try to action migrations at a time that has little to no impact on your team’s day-to-day tasks
Maintain and train
Once things have moved, we’ll confirm that everything is where it needs to be. We’ll double check that the right people have access to the right information. And we’ll make sure your team understands how and where to access the information they need. If we’re helping you migrater to a new software system, we’ll design a training program to support your team.
